If you are considering a refund, please review the policy below to understand the eligibility conditions and process. We aim to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.


Conditions for Refunds

1. Authorization Requirement

Refunds are processed only after obtaining approval from the product creator or developer.
Since ModdingEra.com operates as a reseller platform, we must comply with the refund policies defined by the respective product creators.
However, if a refund request is due to a technical incompatibility clearly not mentioned on the product page, we may process it without creator authorization.


2. 14-Day Refund Window

  • Digital Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are only eligible if the product has not been activated, used, or downloaded.
  • Technical Issues: If the product experiences a technical incompatibility that is not stated or disclosed by the marketplace, a refund may be granted within 14 days of the transaction.

3. Payment Method Restrictions

  • Paysafecard: Payments made via Paysafecard are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
  • Credit Card (Stripe): Refunds for credit card payments may take 2–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds processed via PayPal may take up to 72 hours to complete.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Bank/PayPal Disputes: If a dispute or chargeback has been opened through your bank or PayPal.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
  • Hardware ID (HWID) Lock Issues: Many products are HWID-locked for security. If you fail to provide sufficient proof that your key or account has not been shared or resold, the creator may refuse an HWID reset.
  • Third-Party Software Conflicts: Refunds will not be issued if the product fails to run due to third-party software restrictions (e.g., antivirus, firewall, or system protection tools) and the customer refuses or is unable to disable them temporarily.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team and provide the following details:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. The Reason for the refund request
  3. Any supporting evidence (such as screenshots or error messages)

Each request is reviewed carefully, and you will receive a response within 24–48 hours.
